Catahoula's in historic
Grand Coteau, Louisiana has been serving extraordinary seafood since
the summer of 1996.
Chef and
Owner Jude
Tauzin heads up the kitchen, creating a
distinct fare with Sous Chef Jeremy Conner.
Featured in
both Gourmet and Southern Living magazines, Catahoula's cuisine can be described
as South Louisiana with sophisticated influences.
The
restaurant is named for the Catahoula Hound, Louisiana's State Dog.
